Today I'm going to take my English Bulldog to some play place for dogs. It should be a good time, but I've never been there before. I checked the website, and clicked on the Google Maps link. There is a SEND feature in Google Maps which I always use, so I can send it to my phone. I was surprised to see a feature to send the address directly to your car GPS! BMW Assist as a feature where you setup your email/login - enter it into Google Maps and it appears in your car.
If BMW actually had GOOD service I'd probably own one again. Their service in Calgary has been horrible for as many years as I can remember, ever since I started driving really.. So as such I don't. It would be great to see other car manufacturers adopt such technology. It's never ceases to amaze me how technology changes our lives, and at the rate it's accelerating, I simply cannot believe what we're going to see in 20 years.. assuming the Myans were wrong and we're still here, that is ;-)
